  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. can cream style corn
  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

    Mix corns with butter and sour cream.

    Add eggs and stir in muffin mix.

    Bake in a 9-inch pie pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 375° until golden brown.
