  • 8 oz. cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • 1 c. English peas
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. cooked vermicelli

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper in Pam.

    Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.

    Simmer for 4 minutes.

    Add cheese; stir until melted.

    Add chicken, mushrooms and peas.

    Mix.

    Add vermicelli, salt and pepper to taste.

    Put in Pam sprayed casserole and heat at 350° until bubbly.
