  • 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. green onion, chopped
  • 2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Boil chicken; debone.

    Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Add chopped celery.
