- 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. green onion, chopped
- 2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken; debone.

2Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Add chopped celery.

7Add more or less to get desired texture and taste.
