  • 4 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 c. seedless grapes (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • almonds, toasted for garnish

Directions

    Cook chicken in a little white wine and seasonings.

    Combine chicken, grapes and celery.

    Whip together mayonnaise and sour cream.

    Mix together about 4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

    When serving, garnish with almonds.
