- chicken breasts (5 or 6)
- bell pepper, celery and onion
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 c. relish
- mayonnaise (use as much as needed)
Directions

1Season chicken breasts.

2Place chicken breasts in large pot, along with bell pepper, celery and onion.

3Add water in pot until chicken breasts are covered.

4Let cook for about 4 hours, until breasts are tender (falling off bone).

5Chop breasts into small pieces.

6Add mustard, relish and mayonnaise to taste.

7Add eggs (chopped also into small pieces).

8Stir; ready to serve.
