Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen, cooked in water with few stalks celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) box spaghetti
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • chopped ripe olives (optional)

Directions

    In 3 cups reserved chicken stock add onions, tomatoes and garlic.

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Add the spaghetti and cook another 12 minutes or until spaghetti is done.

    Mix in cheese, mushrooms, seasonings and cut up chicken.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole and bake.
