Chicken Spaghetti

  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb. hen
  • 1 large onion, cut fine
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 2 lb. long spaghetti

Directions

    Cook hen until tender (be sure to salt well).

    Let cool and cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Take 1 cup of the rich broth and cook onion in it until tender.

    Add the tomato sauce and mushroom soup to the onion broth.

    Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth until tender.

    Drain spaghetti and add tomato sauce, onion, mushroom soup and chicken pieces to the spaghetti.

    Then add the pimento.

    Cook in a 350° oven until hot through and through, about 30 to 45 minutes.
