- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. hen
- 1 large onion, cut fine
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 lb. long spaghetti
Directions

1Cook hen until tender (be sure to salt well).

2Let cool and cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3Take 1 cup of the rich broth and cook onion in it until tender.

4Add the tomato sauce and mushroom soup to the onion broth.

5Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth until tender.

6Drain spaghetti and add tomato sauce, onion, mushroom soup and chicken pieces to the spaghetti.

7Then add the pimento.

8Cook in a 350° oven until hot through and through, about 30 to 45 minutes.
