  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 minced garlic pod
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 #3 cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sm. can English peas, liquid removed
  • 1 pound grated Old English cheese
  • 1 stewed & boned chicken
  • 1 pkg. thin spaghetti

Directions

    Cook, skin and bone chicken.

    Heat butter and brown garlic and onion.

    Add in minced tomatoes with juice and simmer 10 min.

    Add in cheese and stir till melted.

    Add in soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken.

    Stir and heat till well blended.

    Serve over spaghetti.

    Hint: Let sauce set 1 hour on hot to blend.

    Serve with garlic toast.
