- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 lb. skinless chicken
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon of hot margarine cook 1/2 chicken until brown.

2Remove, set aside.

3Repeat with remaining chicken.

4Reduce heat to medium.

5In same skillet, in remaining 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook mushrooms and onion until vegetables are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.

6Stir in soup and sour cream.

7Heat to boiling.

8Return chicken to skillet.
-
9Heat through, stirring occasionally.

10Serve over hot noodles.
