- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in shallow baking pan.

2Top each with 1/2 slice of cheese.

3Thin soup with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water.

4Pour over chicken.

5Mix stuffing with 1/4 pound melted butter.

6Sprinkle over soup.

7Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

8With a Caesar salad or spinach salad - a gourmet delight!
