  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Wash potatoes.

    Cut lengthwise into quarters, then each quarter into thirds.

    Brush potatoes with butter, melted.

    Roll and coat them in a mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, salt and garlic powder.

    On a baking sheet, spread out potatoes in a single layer and bake in a preheated 400° oven for about 30 minutes until tender inside and crispy brown outside.
