- 5 chicken breasts, boiled, skinned and cut into chunks
- 2 cans green chile salsa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. tortillas (flour)
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine salsa, soups, black olives and milk.

2Put 1 cup sauce in bottom of casserole; layer 5 tortillas (in pieces); layer 1/2 of chicken; layer 1/2 of remaining sauce; layer 1/4 pound Monterey Jack and 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese.

3Top with remaining tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheeses.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Set out 1/2 hour before baking.

6Bake 1 hour at 300°.
