- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 tall can tomato juice
- 3 cans red beans or your choice
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.

2Brown.

3Pour in tomato juice.

4Add cumin, chili powder and sugar.

5(Chili powder can be adjusted to suit taste.)

6Add the 3 cans of beans.

7Let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
