Chili Marinated Steak

- 4 beef steaks, rump or 4 sirloin
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red chili pepper, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Season the steaks on both sides wih salt and pepper.

2place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3Add the steaks to the marinade, coating them on all sides.

4Cover and chill until required.

5Remove the steaks from the fridge 30 mins before cooking.

6Five mins before cooking, preheat the broiler or a griddle pan or a george foreman grill.

7Cook the steaks for 5 minutes in the GF grill or 10-12 mins each side under the broiler, or to your own taste.
