  • 4 large tomatoes, cut into sections
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 c. water, divided
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. light cream
  • chopped chives, parsley or dill (for garnish)
