- 2 cans roast beef with gravy or leftovers from roast
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 pkg. large flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in oil.

2Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

3Mix roast beef in first mixture.

4Add flour, salt and cumin; stir and cook 1 minute.

5Add chilies and cheese.

6Heat tortillas in microwave (just until soft).

7Spread filling over tortillas and roll like a burrito.

8Deep fry in oil until brown and crisp.

9Serve with salsa, lettuce, avocado and/or sour cream.
