  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. Chinese noodles
  • 2 small onions or 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Brown the meat and add all the ingredients, except the noodles.

    Put into a baking dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Then remove from oven and cover with Chinese noodles.

    Bake 30 minutes more.
