Chipotle Pepper Chicken

  • 2 1/2 chicken breasts skinned, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 can red bell pepper
  • 1/2 chili pepper chipotle
  • 1/3 cup milk you can also use evaporated milk

Directions

    Slice the chicken breasts into large strips.

    Heat a frying pan with a dash of vegetable oil on high, and grill the chicken breasts until golden brown.

    Mix the sour cream, 1/2 can red bell peppers, chipotle pepper, and milk using a blender.

    Pour the mixture into the frying pan with the chicken breasts and add the rest of the red bell peppers. Put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 4 minutes.

    Serve with salad or rice as a side dish.
