- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large tub whipped topping
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour with butter and chopped nuts.

2Put in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Combine cream cheese and sugar.

5Spread over cooled crust.

6Mix pudding with milk.

7Pour over cheese mixture.

8Top with whipped topping.

9Refrigerate.
