  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Stir eggs with a spoon in bowl.

    Add sugar mixed with cocoa. Stir until well mixed.

    Add melted butter, evaporated milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes.
