- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Or Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Directions

1In a large bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl combine the egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Add into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.

2Fill paper-lined muffin cups or cups coated with nonstick cooking spray 2/3 full. Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
