  • 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Or Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cups Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

    In a large bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl combine the egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Add into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.

    Fill paper-lined muffin cups or cups coated with nonstick cooking spray 2/3 full. Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
