- 1 cup self rising flour
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

1Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa.

2Stir in milk and oil until smooth.

3Pour in lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Then mix 1 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup baking cocoa together and sprinkle over the batter.

4Then pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over top of cake mixture.

5DO NOT STIR!

6Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

7There will be a juicy syrup on the bottom.

8Serve warm plain or with ice cream.
