Ingredients

  • 13 cup cocoa or 13 cup drinking chocolate
  • 14 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups milk, warmed
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together in a large saucepan.

    Gradually add milk, stirring to form a smooth paste.

    When all milk has been added, heat chocolate mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until almost boiling.

    Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla before serving.
