Chocolate Kahlua Cake

  • 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 12 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Pint Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Kahlua
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 2-1/2 ounces, weight Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar).

    Include 1 pint of sour cream.

    Grease and flour bundt pan (I really love the spray with the flour...works amazingly)

    Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

    Cool.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving (really, just before serving, because otherwise the sugar turns light brown...which while still tasty is not so attractive!)
