- 2 c. mochiko flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. ground cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen coconut milk, thawed
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.

4Pour into prepared pans.

5Bake 1 hour.

6Cool before cutting.

7For easy cutting, grease knife with vegetable oil or butter.
