- 10 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
Directions

1Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over warm water.

3Whisk the egg yolks, 1/2 cup cream, and vanilla into the melted chocolate.

4In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites with 1/4 cup of the sugar until soft peaks form.

5Fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

6Whip the remaining cream until it forms soft peaks; fold into mixture.

7Chill until serving time.
