  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, save white for top
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix well and cook over low heat until thick.

    Turn into a baked pie shell.

    Whip egg whites with 3 tablespoon sugar.

    Put on top of filling and bake in a 300° oven for 30 minutes.
