Chocolate Pudding Cookies

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (chocolate flavor)
  • 1 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • peanut butter chips or other assorted candies

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix pudding mix and baking mix together.

    Add oil and egg.

    Form mixture into 1/2-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

    Press thumb into middle of each ball to make a thumbprint.

    Place chips or other candies in thumbprint.

    Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Remove from cookie sheet.

    Cool on wire racks.

    Makes 36 cookies.
