  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract
  • 2 c. vanilla ice milk

    Combine cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan.

    Gradually stir in milk.

    Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
