  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 qt. dill pickles
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) jar cocktail onions
  • 1 (11 or 12 oz.) jar relish
  • 1 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cut cauliflower in flowerets and parboil in salted water. Cool.

    Cut pickles in pieces.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Let stand for approximately 1 day in icebox.

    Mix and stir 2 or 3 times during the day.

    Put into jars.
