- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 qt. dill pickles
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) jar cocktail onions
- 1 (11 or 12 oz.) jar relish
- 1 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cut cauliflower in flowerets and parboil in salted water. Cool.

2Cut pickles in pieces.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Let stand for approximately 1 day in icebox.

5Mix and stir 2 or 3 times during the day.

6Put into jars.
