- 1 lb ham, ground
- 1 1/2 lbs pork, ground
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat over to 325°F.

2Form ham, pork, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs into 20 balls.

3In a separate bowl mix vinegar, cold water, dry mustard and brown sugar.

4Just before baking, cover the meatballs with sauce.

5Bake 2 hours at 325F covered the first hour and uncovered the second hour.
