  • 1/4 cups Bacon Or Other Slightly Fatty Pork
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Coarsely Chopped Celery
  • 2 whole Large Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk (large Can)
  • 1 can Whole-kernel Corn (approx. 12 Oz.), Undrained
  • 2 cans Cream-style Corn (8 Oz. Cans)
  • 1 package Hot Dogs, Sliced

Directions

    Saute bacon/pork slowly until almost crisp; push to one side. Stir onion and celery into drippings; saute until soft. Stir in potatoes, water, dill weed, and salt. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer for about 12 minutes or till potatoes are tender.

    Stir in evaporated milk, whole-kernel corn and liquid, cream-style corn, and hot dogs. Heat slowly, stirring several times, just to boiling.
