- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 quarts Vegetable Oil, For Frying
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar, For Dusting
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, For Dusting

11- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a big bowl.

22- In a separate bowl, beat the egg with the milk and the oil.

33- Pour the egg mix in the dry ingredients mixture.
