- 4 cans clams, minced, save juice
- 3 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- milk
Directions

1Strain clams and save the juice.

2Saute onion and parsley in margarine until slightly softened.

3In large casserole combine strained clams, bread crumbs, onion mixture and Ritz crackers.

4In measuring cup put saved clam juice and add milk until you have 2 1/4 cups of liquid.

5Pour this mixture into casserole with other ingredients.

6Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
