- 15 large potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 5 to 6 ribs celery, diced
- 1/2 lb. bacon, pan-fried
- 2 to 3 cans chopped clams with juice
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Peel potatoes; dice into a large pot.

2Cover with water and boil until done.

3Chop onion and celery.

4Pan-fry bacon, onion and celery in a separate pan.

5When done, crumble bacon.

6Add 3 tablespoons flour or so; cook until thick.

7Put celery, onion, bacon and flour mixture in pot with potatoes.

8Add evaporated milk and chopped clams with its juice.
