  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 45 grams Cream cheese I used mascapone
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 grams sweetner

Directions

    Line baking tray with greaseproof paper and put oven on 150 fan assisted

    Put yolks in 1 bowl and add cream cheese & sweetner then mix until smooth.

    I used electric whisk on low

    Put whites in another bowl and add cream of tartar and whisk on high until like meringue.

    Fold yolk mix into the white mix carefully so you don't break up fluffiness

    Put 6 to 10 big dollops onto baking tray in rounds and bake 30 minutes till golden brown and crispy.

    Cool few minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

    If you want them more soft and bread like put into plastic lidded container or zip lock bag and put in fridge overnight to transform

    Butter the flat side and put 2 together for sandwiches
