Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 9 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Combine the ground beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and salt.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Combine the catsup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, mustard, salt and sauces; pour over the meatballs.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
