  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (level)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Add cocoa.

    Beat 3 egg yolks well, add to milk and other ingredients and cook on top of stove. Beat 3 egg whites stiff and put on top.

    Brown at 325°.
