- 2 cups coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add it into food proceesor along with flour, coconut and sugar.

3Add eggs and milk.

4Process till well combined.

5Place in greased and floured 20 cm square tin.

6Bake at 160 C for 30 - 35 minutes or till cooked.

7Ice with lemon icing if desired.
