- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh frozen coconut
Directions

1Stir sugar and flour together.

2Add milk, beaten egg yolks and margarine.

3Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens.

4Add vanilla and coconut.

5Stir well.

6Pour into browned pie shells.

7Top with beaten egg whites and brown.
