- 1/2 cup loose leaf chai tea
- 5 1/4 cups water
- milk optional for serving
- simple syrup optional for serving
Directions

1Follow the directions to put the KitchenAid(R) Cold Brew Coffee Maker together. Add the loose leaf chai to the steeper.

2Using a circular motion, pour 5 1/4 cups of water over the chai.

3Place the lid on the Cold Brew Coffee Maker.

4Place the Cold Brew Coffee Maker in the refrigerator and allow it to steep for four to twelve hours before serving. When you're finished brewing, remove the steeper and allow the remaining liquid to drain into the brew jar.

5To serve, use one part tea concentrate to seven parts water. Adjust to your preferences.

6Serve with your choice of milk, cream, condensed milk, simple syrup, etc.
