  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen, shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 box corn flakes, sauteed in 1/4 c. butter

    Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and melted butter.

    Pour mixture over potatoes.

    Top with 1/2 box corn flakes sauteed in 1/4 cup butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
