- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1/2 green pepper chopped fine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
Directions

1Slice carrots crosswise and cook in salted water 10 minutes. Drain and cool.

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Cook together 5 minutes.

4Add sugar, vinegar, corn oil, tomato soup, let marinate for 24 hours or longer.

5Will keep for 3 weeks in refrigerator.
