  • 2 lb. carrots, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 onion
