  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can cream corn
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, (undrained)
  • 8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 (8.4 oz.) box corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Do not drain whole kernel corn. Put into casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
