  • 2 cans corn (1 whole kernel, 1 cream style)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well, draining the liquid off the whole kernel corn before adding it.

    Pour into a casserole and bake at 350°

    for 1 hour.
