  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
  • 1 can corn (undrained)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

    Prepare rice as directed on package. Mix undrained corn, celery soup, butter and 1 cup of cheese into rice. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
