- 1 medium onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can whole kernel corn (optional)
Directions

1Cut onions, celery, potatoes and add water.

2Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes or until done.

3Melt margarine; add flour and make paste.

4Remove from pan; put in milk and heat.

5Add roux gradually (margarine and flour).

6Stir until creamy.

7Add potatoes and corn.
-
8Heat and stir.

9Don't let boil.
