- 12 dried field corn cobs
- 1 box Sure-Jell
- 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Put the corn cobs in a kettle with enough water to cover and boil for 30 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.

2Measure 3 cups of the juice and put in a saucepan. Add the Sure-Jell.

3Boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.

4Skim off any foam.

5Pour jelly into hot jars and seal.
