  • 2 1/2 or 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Dip pieces of chicken in milk.

    Roll in mixture of corn flakes and seasoning.

    Place chicken in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil.

    Bake at 350° about 1 hour or until drumstick is tender when pierced with a fork.
